Operation Healthcare Heroes

Supporting our local Teams on Dec. 21

Back in the spring, the High River District Health Care Foundation established Healthcare Heroes Day – focused on engaging our community to show their support to our local Healthcare teams. Since that time, they have continued to work under unprecedented conditions…while there is a light at the end of the tunnel, the challenging times are not over.

“We are reaching out to the community once again to join in this season of giving and hope to help our local healthcare heroes.  Spirits are low, people are fatigued and they need us now more than ever,” said the Fund Development & Communications Officer for the High River District Health Care Foundation, Cathy Couey.

‘Operation Healthcare Heroes’ commences Monday, December 21, 2020!

“Let’s show them that we continue to appreciate the work they do each day in taking care of our communities,” said Couey.

The Foundation is inviting the community to rally their support around our local healthcare teams and join them on Monday, December 21 as they give a collective community shout out at 6 p.m.
